What you will do

• Support clinical implementation for new clients, including building and coding formularies and plan requirements.
• Manage custom formularies, clinical criteria, and overall clinical strategies for clients.
• Analyze pharmacy claims data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Communicate complex drug information and resolve plan-specific clinical inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales initiatives, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Lead internal clinical operations initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted registered pharmacist license(s).
• 3-5 years of experience in a health plan or pharmacy benefits management (PBM).
• Direct account management experience supporting multiple lines of business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing large, raw datasets.
• Ability to travel and present to groups.

Nice to have

• Completion of a managed care residency.
• At least three years of prior account management experience.
• Prior experience with the Medicare line of business.
