Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 plus commission

What you will do

  • Architect the strategy for marketing and selling digital medical affairs solutions to US Life Sciences teams.
  • Drive the strategic acquisition and expansion of high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on organization-wide initiatives to achieve long-term results.
  • Lead and nurture professional growth within the sales organization, mentoring future leaders.
  • Ensure exceptional delivery of digital solutions to global partners.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience selling into Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of influencing C-suite leadership and senior management decisions.
  • Deep fluency in medical affairs, including clinical development timelines and KOL/TL development.
  • Strong ability to negotiate broad business objectives with organizational leadership.
  • Proven experience managing technological and financial resources at a business segment level.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences (or 4+ years of additional specialized experience).
