What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences within a product POD, ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency across features.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into effective interaction and visual design solutions, including wireframes and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to align on scope, feasibility, and timelines.
• Contribute to and leverage design systems and component libraries to ensure scalable UI patterns.
• Iterate on designs based on research, user data, and stakeholder feedback to meet accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably with complex applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
• Experience collaborating in agile or POD-based environments.
• Eligibility to work in the US is required (indicated by US-specific benefits like 401k).

• Master’s degree in HCI, UX, Product Design, or related disciplines.
