Senior Product Designer (Enterprise UX)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Enterprise UX): Own the end-to-end design process for medium-to-large product initiatives in enterprise SaaS applications with an accent on workflow definition, interaction design, high-fidelity visual design, and prototyping. Focus on shaping scalable design systems, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams on technically feasible solutions, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate exploration, iteration, and research synthesis.

Location: Remote US only; open only to candidates residing in the US. Applications from outside the US will not be considered.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex enterprise features, driving discovery, workflow definition, interaction design, high-fidelity visuals, and prototyping using AI-enhanced tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers in agile environment to create accessible, performant interfaces balancing user needs and technical constraints.
• Produce user flows, prototypes, interface comps, visual specs, and documentation across multiple products.
• Own UX for product areas, advocate for users, and align designs with technology stack and component libraries.
• Apply expertise in design systems, accessibility, responsive layouts, and AI-powered tools to elevate usability and implementation.
• Investigate problems, validate solutions, influence product strategy, contribute to design system, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
• Expert understanding of UX processes, interaction design, and end-to-end workflows.
• Strong portfolio showing complex systems design and user-centered solutions.
• Hands-on user research experience applying findings to products.
• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop, including AI features.
• Deep experience with design systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
• Strong communication, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with US-based teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred; portfolio required.

Nice to have

• AI-assisted research synthesis and prototyping experience (Figma AI, Bolt, Cursor).
• Experience using Figma Make for interactive prototypes and handoffs.
