What you will do

• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain and scale a design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the product suite.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to implement designs effectively.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to iteratively improve the user experience.
• Manage the design team by hiring key resources to fill critical capability gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably working with SaaS products.
• Proficiency in design tools, specifically Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and responsive/adaptive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem.
• Design education from premier institutes (e.g., NID).
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven design.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and Agile workflows.
