TL;DR

Growth Account Executive (CPaaS): Identifying and opening cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base with an accent on Voice AI, WhatsApp, and calling infrastructure. Focus on running targeted outbound campaigns, qualifying expansion leads, and partnering with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Denver, CO; Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; or San Francisco, CA

What you will do

  • Analyze existing customer books to identify expansion gaps and untapped product opportunities.
  • Run targeted, insight-driven outbound campaigns directly into existing accounts.
  • Qualify expansion opportunities for Voice AI, WhatsApp Business, and programmatic calling.
  • Partner with Account Executives to co-sell and drive expansion opportunities to close.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify growth signals and usage patterns.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and provide field intelligence to GTM teams.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience (BDR/SDR or SMB AE) with a track record of outbound execution.
  • Hunter mentality specifically applied to existing account expansion.
  • Ability to sell technical products to developers and operations leaders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Outreach.
  • Must be located in Denver, Austin, Chicago, or San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CPaaS, UCaaS, telecom, or developer platforms.
  • Familiarity with SIP/calling infrastructure and WhatsApp Business API.
  • Previous experience in hybrid SDR/AE or expansion-focused roles.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
