SMB Sales Account Manager (SaaS): Own full-cycle sales for SMB and mid-market segments, generating pipeline and closing new business with an accent on value-driven selling and multi-stakeholder engagement. Focus on building repeatable sales motion, exceeding revenue targets, and collaborating cross-functionally in high-growth environment.
Location: Hybrid in New York City (2 days onsite required). Open to hire in CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NH, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 USD (base annual, plus sales incentives and stock options)

What you will do
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close.
- Build and convert pipeline via outbound (calls, email, social) and inbound channels.
- Engage mid-market stakeholders across HR, People, and leadership teams.
- Deliver value-driven selling by understanding pain points and positioning strategically.
- Execute consistently to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams.
- Share learnings to refine messaging and elevate team performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B sales experience with track record in full-cycle or closing roles
- Experience in SMB/mid-market sales with multi-stakeholder deals
- Proven quota attainment in high-growth environment
- SaaS, PaaS, or tech-enabled solution sales experience
- Strong discovery, communication, and outbound prospecting skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
