Location: Hybrid in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, United States with regular office attendance

What you will do

  • Act as trusted advisor on hirify.global solutions by developing strong client relationships.
  • Prospect, qualify, and process leads from various sources to build an active sales pipeline meeting quota objectives.
  • Identify new logo and win-back opportunities, closing cross-sell and select up-sell deals to grow revenue.
  • Communicate value propositions through consultative sales processes to convert prospects.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for territory planning, account management, and forecasting.
  • Complete required certifications and handle additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of high-value B2B solution sales experience with proven new customer acquisition success
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Track record of consistent sales achievement in a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong phone presence, active listening, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; Salesforce expertise a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, managing change and pressure
