What you will do

• Lead global strategy, planning, and execution for conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
• Establish event marketing KPIs and utilize a data-driven approach to optimize ROI and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, ABM, and Demand Gen teams to convert event activity into meetings and pipeline.
• Manage the overall events budget and maintain the global event calendar.
• Develop compelling live and on-demand content and identify speaking opportunities for thought leaders.
• Build and scale internal event processes and manage the events marketing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading global field marketing and events in a high-growth B2B SaaS company (AI or enterprise software preferred).
• Track record of owning and hitting pipeline and revenue targets through event activities.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in an ambiguous startup environment.
• Deep experience partnering with Sales, ABM, and Demand Generation functions.
• Proficiency in setting KPIs, tracking ROI, and making data-driven decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience in AI, conversational AI, voice, or CX technology.
• Background working in both startups and larger organizations.
• Experience implementing ABM-led event strategies.
• Exposure to developer or technical audiences.
