hirify.global is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and stopping fraud using an AI-driven platform.

What you will do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive vertical marketing strategy for the Workforce GTM Pod.
  • Develop clear ICPs, value propositions, and competitive positioning aligned with sales motions.
  • Partner with Product and Data Science to integrate differentiated data and insights into vertical narratives.
  • Create field-ready enablement materials including decks, playbooks, battlecards, and ROI tools.
  • Coordinate integrated campaigns across email, webinars, paid/organic channels, and SDR outreach.
  • Establish and track KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue contribution, and strategic account growth.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth SaaS, HR Tech, fraud, or identity verification.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact via segment-focused initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex AI-driven or data-centric technology into clear industry narratives.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and partnering closely with sales teams.
  • Analytical rigor with the ability to tie marketing programs to business outcomes.
  • Must be based in the US
