What you will do

• Create polished, production-ready Figma deliverables for end-to-end user experiences.
• Own assigned product features and user flows, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to deliver data-driven, persona-first solutions.
• Leverage user research and analytics to iterate on designs and advocate for user needs.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate prototyping.
• Contribute to the design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability across the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 3+ years of professional experience in product design with a portfolio of shipped software.
• Advanced expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and variables.
• Strong mastery of high-fidelity design fundamentals: typography, grid systems, and layout.
• Solid understanding of technical implementation (HTML/CSS/React basics) for design handoffs.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Prior experience designing for merchant dashboards, checkout flows, or post-purchase experiences.
• Experience managing or evolving a shared component library in Figma.
• Understanding of financial transactions, fraud prevention, or insurance tech.
