What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive volume growth in assigned limited-service restaurant chains.
• Build and maintain relationships across the partner network, including corporate teams and owner-operators.
• Create account-specific programs, such as limited-time offers and staff incentive programs, to increase volume.
• Manage budgets, analyze ROI, and track monthly volume by account chain.
• Lead post-promotion analysis and use category management data to maintain thought leadership in the energy drink space.
• Conduct regular business reviews with account leadership and internal field sales teams.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of CPG sales experience, specifically driving growth in limited-service restaurants.
• Minimum 5 years of chain management experience with a proven track record of securing new business.
• Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or valid visa holders).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with senior-level customers.
• Fluency in English.
