What you will do
- Own and manage Walmart and Sam’s Club businesses end-to-end, serving as the primary point of accountability for strategy and results.
- Lead and expand buyer relationships across multiple categories to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
- Establish a monthly business review cadence, delivering insight-driven sales updates and growth plans.
- Deliver flawless product launches on-time and in-full, including merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Build a continuous pipeline of incremental opportunities, such as new SKUs, distribution expansion, and shelving optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Ecommerce to ensure strong omnichannel execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of CPG sales experience.
- 4+ years directly calling on Walmart and/or Sam’s Club buyers.
- Strong understanding of Walmart and Club channel economics, merchant strategies, and vendor expectations.
- Proven experience expanding distribution and executing off-shelf programs (endcaps, trays, promos).
- Strong financial acumen, including margin math and unit economics.
- Analytical proficiency in synthesizing Scintilla, Madrid, and panel data (Numerator, SPINS Panel).
