What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets for key accounts.
- Act as the category captain for retailers to ensure strong brand representation and market share.
- Plan and implement online and in-store activities to drive sell-out performance.
- Manage accurate forecasting and negotiate winning scenarios for both the company and customers.
- Analyze market and sell-out data to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize trade shows, retail events, and monitor competitive pricing.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience.
- Proven track record in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
