TL;DR

Client Partner, Mid-Market Sales (B2B): Driving net-new customer acquisition and expanding partnerships with B2B advertisers across SaaS and Finance sectors with an accent on prospecting and strategic account growth. Focus on owning a book of business, optimizing revenue forecasting, and scaling B2B sales narratives on the hirify.global platform.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City, NY (in-person 1-2 days per week)

Salary: $102,400 - $143,400 USD

What you will do

  • Prospect and establish net-new partnerships with key brands to achieve marketing and business goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of fast-growing B2B advertisers in SaaS, Finance, and emerging categories.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and operational rigor for the assigned book of business.
  • Provide feedback on sales processes and products to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in digital media, with 1-3 years specifically in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing new business.
  • Expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
  • Proficiency with sales tools for research, prospecting, and client outreach.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of 30+ accounts.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
