Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City, NY (in-person 1-2 days per week)
Salary: $102,400 - $143,400 USD

What you will do
- Prospect and establish net-new partnerships with key brands to achieve marketing and business goals.
- Manage a portfolio of fast-growing B2B advertisers in SaaS, Finance, and emerging categories.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and operational rigor for the assigned book of business.
- Provide feedback on sales processes and products to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in digital media, with 1-3 years specifically in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing new business.
- Expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
- Proficiency with sales tools for research, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 30+ accounts.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
