Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (teams are in the office around four days a week)

What you will do
- Execute best-practice paid social campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google, and YouTube.
- Develop media plans to achieve specified KPIs and implement advanced platform features like automation and bid rules.
- Perform regular account optimization and budget management checks to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Prepare and present performance updates and recommendations during regular client meetings.
- Mentor and train graduates and executives on paid social campaign construction and management best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Paid Social campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google, Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, and Twitter Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills for handling large data sets and identifying actionable trends.
- Deep understanding of paid social buying strategies, formats, and audience targeting.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office approximately four days a week.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of programming or coding.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School, and Google YouTube/Video.
