What you will do

• Execute best-practice paid social campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google, and YouTube.
• Develop media plans to achieve specified KPIs and implement advanced platform features like automation and bid rules.
• Perform regular account optimization and budget management checks to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to provide actionable insights for clients.
• Prepare and present performance updates and recommendations during regular client meetings.
• Mentor and train graduates and executives on paid social campaign construction and management best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Paid Social campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google, Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, and Twitter Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills for handling large data sets and identifying actionable trends.
• Deep understanding of paid social buying strategies, formats, and audience targeting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office approximately four days a week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of programming or coding.
