What you will do

• Build productive client relationships, manage expectations, and act as trusted advisor providing strategic guidance on marketing and performance.
• Proactively manage projects, facilitate team conversations, and ensure work quality in strategic context.
• Collaborate on comprehensive social strategies, curate and develop content, and monitor ongoing performance with data insights.
• Lead project delivery, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and foster team spirit.
• Escalate commercial issues and resolve problems independently, consulting stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of social media account management experience (tech experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Experience delivering paid and organic social content.
• Organised, confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media trends.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a content calendar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
