What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS daily and conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Troubleshoot ad delivery, tracking, and performance issues in real time while managing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with content/design teams and coordinate with vendors for large-scale initiatives.
  • Build weekly/monthly reports with insights and set up conversion tracking using UTM, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Conduct audience research and stay updated on platform changes and new ad formats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising operations or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of ad formats, bidding, targeting, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with retargeting, audience segmentation, and managing multiple campaigns.
  • Based in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth startup or digital-first company.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, affiliate networks, or tools like HubSpot, Braze.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or BI dashboards.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
