What you will do

• Own the day-to-day management of paid search accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Track performance daily and weekly against budgets, delivering clear narratives on outcomes and future strategy.
• Design, execute, and interpret rigorous test-and-learn experiments.
• Maintain high-quality campaign structures to ensure execution excellence and account hygiene.
• Collaborate with CRO and Martech teams to optimize tracking and landing page performance.
• Align SEM activities with broader marketing demand generation goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience managing independent campaigns.
• Proven track record working with global accounts exceeding 6-figure budgets.
• Deep knowledge of campaign types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and Quality Score levers.
• Strong analytical skills with a decisive approach to performance data.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the UK, as no visa sponsorship is provided.
• Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Google Ads Scripts or automation tools.
