What you will do

  • Generate new business via cold calling, personalized emails, video messaging, and social media tactics.
  • Partner with Account Executives to source net new pipeline for Enterprise, General Commercial, and Mid-Commercial segments.
  • Qualify customer business initiatives and communicate the value and ROI of the hirify.global platform.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads with a focus on speed to lead.
  • Research various personas and ideal customer profiles to build credibility with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of professional inside sales experience, preferably in technology.
  • Experience in high-volume cold calling and emailing for greenfield or whitespace opportunities.
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment and achievement of KPIs.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance time effectively.
  • Must be based in Denver, CO.
