What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive outbound prospecting plans to penetrate target accounts within the Ideal Client Profile.
  • Manage the full software sales cycle, including discovery, customized platform demonstrations, and technical scoping.
  • Generate a pipeline of Partner-Sourced MRR through high-volume, multi-channel outreach.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot Territory Managers and internal Sales Executives to provide integrated software and service solutions.
  • Own the lead registration process within the HubSpot Partner Portal to ensure correct attribution.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively displace incumbents like Salesforce and MS Dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of high-activity outbound SaaS sales experience with a hunter profile.
  • Proven track record of generating 70–80% of pipeline through cold prospecting and networking.
  • Deep knowledge of the HubSpot software suite and ability to conduct demos without technical pre-sales support.
  • Strong skills in multi-stakeholder software negotiations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
