What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and qualifying inbound leads to closing deals.
- Build networks within the electronics industry (EMS, OEM) and establish strong local positioning.
- Conduct customer-centric discovery meetings and value-based product demonstrations tailored to client pain points.
- Collaborate with domain experts to perform ROI calculations and lead product deep-dive workshops.
- Mentor junior Account Executives through coaching and iteration of the sales playbook.
- Provide industry insights to product teams to help align the roadmap with customer needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the NYC office.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Ability to act as a strategic consultant to customers rather than a transactional agent.
- Experience in pipeline generation, including cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like Hubspot and sales frameworks such as SPICED.
