What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and qualifying inbound leads to closing deals.
  • Build networks within the electronics industry (EMS, OEM) and establish strong local positioning.
  • Conduct customer-centric discovery meetings and value-based product demonstrations tailored to client pain points.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to perform ROI calculations and lead product deep-dive workshops.
  • Mentor junior Account Executives through coaching and iteration of the sales playbook.
  • Provide industry insights to product teams to help align the roadmap with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the NYC office.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Ability to act as a strategic consultant to customers rather than a transactional agent.
  • Experience in pipeline generation, including cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Hubspot and sales frameworks such as SPICED.
