What you will do

• Design and operationalize a commissions program that aligns employee incentives with revenue goals and manages costs.
• Provide regular KPI progress updates and market analytics to assess the state of the commissions program.
• Oversee a robust governance framework to ensure ongoing alignment with key business objectives.
• Provide analytical support to leadership for strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Lead project management efforts to enhance program infrastructure, driving efficiency and scale.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• Expert proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of analytics applications (Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik) and database tools (MS SQL Server).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under timeframe pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Must be based in New York or Albany, US
