What you will do

• Improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and planning processes.
• Build and maintain company-wide OKR metrics and monthly reporting.
• Support expense management and maintain company-wide headcount and hiring plans.
• Analyze GOV, revenue, and take-rate trends across products and segments.
• Build models to evaluate ROI, payback, and investment decisions to guide capital allocation.
• Partner with GTM teams on pipeline quality, forecasting, and monetization strategies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or analytics.
• Strong foundation in both cost management and revenue analysis.
• Proven experience with forecasting, BvA, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Eligibility to work in the US (California Fair Chance Notice applies).

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for finance, automation, or analysis.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or transaction-based businesses.
