What you will do

• Lead monitoring and performance analysis across private equity, private credit, and real assets portfolios.
• Deliver executive-level investment updates, call summaries, and talking points for internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company at Annual General Meetings and industry conferences.
• Prepare performance analytics and conduct fund-level financial modeling.
• Partner with the Governance team to support secondary sales and investment oversight decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and guide professional development within the function.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in private markets, investment banking, asset management, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with valuation methodologies such as DCF and peer comps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for senior stakeholders.
• Deep working knowledge of alternative investments.

• Progress toward or completion of CFA or CAIA designation.
