TL;DR

Project Manager 1 (EPC): Managing small to medium Advanced Power Generation EPC projects with an accent on risk, cost, schedule, and safety. Focus on coordinating multi-discipline engineering teams and executing complex construction scopes for the energy utility market.

Location: Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship available). Eligible for remote work, but requires travel to project locations up to 100% of the time.

What you will do

  • Manage all aspects of small to medium APG EPC projects, including risk, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Oversee and mentor multi-discipline teams, including field engineers, construction managers, and project controllers.
  • Develop and review complex managerial and engineering deliverables, including technical bid packages.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal cross-functional teams for procurement and construction.
  • Lead EPC project pursuit activities and serve as a key resource for executive management.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (3+ years exp) or Bachelor’s degree (5+ years exp).
  • Must have work authorization for the US; no sponsorship available.
  • Experience managing EPC projects and negotiating contracts in the energy utility industry.
  • Experience with combined or simple cycle power generation markets.
  • Proficiency in ProjectWise, PowerBI, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% and work 50-60 hours per week.
