What you will do

• Create, approve, track, and manage CMS requests as primary approver for exchanges, wirecenters, and APS types.
• Act as single point of contact for plant damage and emergency dispatch of internal/external repair teams during business hours.
• Assess damage, engage vendors, monitor repairs, and handle out-of-scope approvals with local management.
• Host meetings with vendors to monitor performance, provide feedback, eliminate roadblocks, and align with standards.
• Review and approve CMS invoices for accuracy, own monthly financial targets, and provide variance analysis.
• Conduct real-time and post-construction inspections, manage IQGeo project data and damage claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in Engineering, ISP/OSPF construction, contract policies
• Deep-dive operational/financial analyses using Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to travel 30-40% across operational footprint; valid driver’s license with satisfactory record
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices (underground, buried, aerial copper/fiber)
• Experience supervising projects, reading blueprints, knowledge of building codes/regulations
• Ability to perform in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
