Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (3 days in office, 2 remote)

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, and technology teams to drive project deliverables.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Translate and cascade business requirements to downstream and back-office teams.
• Support and contribute to organizational change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Experience working within a financial services environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Must be based in or able to work in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with SWIFT payments.
