What you will do

• Own ideation, design, and development of new product concepts based on client needs and competitive dynamics.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in product types, regulatory landscapes, and technology platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, L&C) to prioritize and deliver products.
• Lead cross-divisional working groups for large-scale projects and manage project timelines.
• Provide strategic vision for the Private Bank product portfolio and new launches.
• Implement product best practices and agile ceremonies to foster a strong product culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience launching digital products.
• Experience in financial services, lending, and banking preferred.
• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle for large-scale initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
