What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product development, from roadmap creation to go-to-market execution.
• Manage product launches and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support sales, professional services, and client onboarding teams with product guidance and demonstrations.
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document user guides, workflows, testing plans, and user stories.
• Provide 24x7 emergency coverage as needed to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Knowledge of the US or Canadian Brokerage business.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Strong background in settlement processing and risk practices.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with TSO, Remedy, TPA, Metis, ITSM, and Mainframe environments.
• Previous work within fintech or high-volume transactional systems.
