What you will do

• Own and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs to maximize business value
• Define and execute Go-To-Market strategies and support pricing decisions
• Collaborate with engineering in Agile/Scrum, including sprint planning and demos
• Analyze customer, user, and market data to identify opportunities
• Translate business requirements into product specifications and tasks
• Serve as voice of the customer and partner on product success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in product management or mortgage technology
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and roadmap planning
• Ability to analyze data and make actionable product decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, business, operations)
