What you will do

• Develop and execute the global product quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish global quality standards, policies, and performance metrics across all regions.
• Drive robust risk management processes, including FMEA, CAPA, root cause analysis, and change control.
• Monitor and improve key quality KPIs including defect rates, cost of poor quality (COPQ), and customer complaints.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure product integrity and supplier quality.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global quality organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product design engineering, product quality, and manufacturing quality.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing global or multi-site quality teams.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or leading global Quality Management Systems.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the New York City headquarters (Hybrid).
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA or technical discipline).
• Professional certifications such as ASQ CQE/CQM or Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience working within regulated industries like medical devices, automotive, or consumer goods.
