What you will do

• Guide and manage a team of up to 12 engineers developing healthcare features.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features successfully.
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and design for product features.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement for team productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach team members for professional growth and foster innovation culture.

Requirements

• Experience as software developer with management or team lead role.
• Strong technical skills in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Passion for wearable technology and fast-paced startup environment.
