What you will do
- Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects and test campaigns according to strict deadlines and high-level program schedules.
- Drive the execution of critical initiatives essential to organizational success.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovate and improve current processes and implement new technologies within fabrication operations.
- Manage both tactical and strategic-level information to ensure consistent results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Disciplines.
- 15+ years of relevant program management or operational experience.
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency (Green Card), or lawful asylum/refugee status.
- Demonstrated experience in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong communication skills for effective messaging to both executives and the workforce.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, or project management.
- 10+ years of experience specifically in an operations environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
