Location: Work 4-5 days onsite per week in Hawthorne, CA or Washington, D.C. U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required; ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance. Travel up to 15% as needed.
Salary: $160,000 - $250,000

What you will do
- Lead full program lifecycle ownership, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals are met across technical and operational functions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and business development to execute programs.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers on contract, cost, schedule, and performance; manage program reviews and deliverables.
- Manage program budget, resource allocation, scope changes, and financial controls.
- Monitor progress, report to leadership, and resolve project challenges and blockers.
Requirements
- B.S. in engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent; 5+ years project/program management experience in complex projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must work onsite 4-5 days/week in Hawthorne, CA or Washington, D.C.; U.S. citizen or permanent resident with ability to obtain security clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience in DoD, military, or government environments.
- Existing U.S. security clearance.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, KPIs/TPMs, systems engineering, or software integration.
- Advanced degree in a technical field.
