Program Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Act as primary liaison between customers and company, aligning stakeholders on order requirements
• Manage full program lifecycle from contract acceptance to delivery
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and finance for on-time delivery
• Develop and maintain program schedules, track status, and report to customers
• Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and supplier scorecards
• Support proposal development and foster long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related (or 10+ years industry experience)
• Minimum 3 years program management in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of wire harness/cable assembly processes and documentation
• ITAR: U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and aerospace electrical requirements
• Handling multiple customer accounts
• PMP certification
