Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at headquarters in Redondo Beach or Cypress, California, United States

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the full program lifecycle from purchase-order or contract acceptance through delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and finance activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop program schedules and track and report status to customers.
• Manage change orders, scope adjustments, proposal support, and follow-on business opportunities.
• Support customer relationships, supplier scorecard improvements, and long-term business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; 10+ years of industry experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least 5 years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of wire harness or cable assembly manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and customers.
• Applicants must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residency, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or MRP systems for program tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and aerospace electrical requirements.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts.
• PMP certification.
