What you will do

• Develop and implement division-wide program management strategy, including functional strategies, reporting structures, and best-practice frameworks aligned with industry standards.
• Lead and build program management capability across multiple Space Business Units, mentoring senior PM leadership and creating performance metrics and dashboards.
• Strengthen program performance by reviewing underperforming programs, establishing baselines, and overseeing recovery execution to meet cost, schedule, and margin targets.
• Champion collaboration across functional and business unit teams to unify PM governance, communication, and execution practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Science (MBA preferred)
• At least 15 years of program management experience with demonstrated leadership capability
• Proven ability to develop functional strategies, establish best practices, and implement large-scale processes
• Experience leading in a matrixed organization with strong collaboration and influence skills
• PMP certification and competency with industry standards for government and commercial contract types
• Demonstrated success managing customers at the executive level
• Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated industries preferred
