What you will do

• Lead planning, development, and execution of major R&D efforts for defense organizations.
• Direct portfolio of technology programs exceeding $100M from design to integration and testing.
• Implement DoD 5000 series to advance prototypes through modernization pipeline.
• Collaborate with R&E managers and stakeholders to build support for experimental strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in highly classified environments.
• Deliver executive briefings translating technical progress into strategic impacts.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for SAP.
• 10+ years as lead/deputy Program Manager for $100M+ technology programs/portfolios.
• 10+ years managing defense R&D efforts.
• 5+ years leading in highly classified (SAP/SCI) environments.
• 5+ years with DoD Defense Acquisition System and organizational structures.
• 10+ years professional communication for teams and senior leadership briefings.
• Bachelor’s in Systems/Aerospace/Electrical Engineering, Physical/Software/Cyber/AI/ML Engineering.

Nice to have

• 10+ years managing large-scale DoD support contracts.
• 5+ years in Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF).
• 10+ years stakeholder engagement across DoD.
