What you will do

• Design and maintain LAN, WAN, and WiFi systems, overseeing data center operations for optimal performance.
• Administer voice protocols (SIP, H.323), VoIP systems, and manage PBX hardware and remote access solutions.
• Implement operating system hardening and deploy security patches across all network components.
• Troubleshoot network and storage equipment, participating in an on-call rotation for urgent interventions.
• Support virtualization, Active Directory, and enterprise backup/storage solutions to ensure data integrity.
• Create technical documentation, network topology diagrams, and runbooks for all system changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network or systems administration.
• High proficiency in core protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and hands-on experience with switches, routers, and NAC.
• Skilled in Active Directory, Virtualization, and Compute/Storage/Backup environments.
• Experience with VoIP, SIP, and enterprise-grade voice services.
• Ability to create professional network topology diagrams and technical runbooks.
• Must be based in Albuquerque, NM.
