Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do
- Own the day-to-day management of Digital Shelf, Shopper, and e-Commerce programs from initiation through deployment and optimization.
- Create integrated timelines across agency, client, and retail partner stakeholder teams.
- Lead end-to-end digital shelf execution, including SEO optimization, content syndication, and product taxonomy across retailer platforms.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as organic search rank, content score, and conversion rates to drive actionable recommendations.
- Balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to pre-empt issues and manage program risks.
- Partner with Sales, Creative, and Technology teams to align on business opportunities and omnichannel execution.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in program management or business analysis, with 3+ years in Digital Shelf, e-Commerce, or Shopper Marketing.
- Agency experience is required.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Experience with content syndication platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Akeneo) and DAM systems.
- Understanding of agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, WorkFront, or Asana.
Nice to have
- CPG or retail industry experience.
- Familiarity with retailer buying cycles and in-market execution timelines.
