Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be located near offices in Chicago, IL, Cincinnati, OH, or Minneapolis, MN. Candidates from Dallas, Austin, Bentonville, Los Angeles, or San Diego are also considered.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day management of Digital Shelf, Shopper, and e-Commerce programs from initiation through deployment and optimization.
  • Create integrated timelines across agency, client, and retail partner stakeholder teams.
  • Lead end-to-end digital shelf execution, including SEO optimization, content syndication, and product taxonomy across retailer platforms.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as organic search rank, content score, and conversion rates to drive actionable recommendations.
  • Balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to pre-empt issues and manage program risks.
  • Partner with Sales, Creative, and Technology teams to align on business opportunities and omnichannel execution.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in program management or business analysis, with 3+ years in Digital Shelf, e-Commerce, or Shopper Marketing.
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Experience with content syndication platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Akeneo) and DAM systems.
  • Understanding of agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, WorkFront, or Asana.

Nice to have

  • CPG or retail industry experience.
  • Familiarity with retailer buying cycles and in-market execution timelines.
