TL;DR

Growth Lead, PIMS (AI): Designing and implementing AI-powered marketing journeys and growth loops for veterinary clinics to unlock revenue and increase retention with an accent on prompt engineering and automation. Focus on building scalable growth playbooks, experimenting with behavioral triggers, and translating lifecycle marketing into AI-enabled systems.

Location: 100% remote within the USA. No visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $95,000 – $160,000 per year + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Define AI-powered marketing capabilities and infrastructure within the hirify.global PIMS.
  • Own the strategy for AI-driven marketing journeys, including personalization logic and automation rules.
  • Design scalable marketing playbooks to enable rapid iteration without hard-coded content.
  • Identify and test growth hacks to increase engagement, retention, and ARPC.
  • Translate email and lifecycle marketing strategies into AI-enabled systems that learn over time.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to prototype and validate new growth features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering AI systems to produce consistent and reliable results.
  • Hands-on experience operating AI-driven, automated, or rules-based marketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and experimentation methodologies.
  • Ability to design flexible frameworks and guardrails rather than one-off campaigns.
  • Must be based in the USA; the company is unable to sponsor work visas.
