Salary: $95,000 – $160,000 per year + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Define AI-powered marketing capabilities and infrastructure within the hirify.global PIMS.
• Own the strategy for AI-driven marketing journeys, including personalization logic and automation rules.
• Design scalable marketing playbooks to enable rapid iteration without hard-coded content.
• Identify and test growth hacks to increase engagement, retention, and ARPC.
• Translate email and lifecycle marketing strategies into AI-enabled systems that learn over time.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to prototype and validate new growth features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing.
• Expertise in prompt engineering AI systems to produce consistent and reliable results.
• Hands-on experience operating AI-driven, automated, or rules-based marketing systems.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and experimentation methodologies.
• Ability to design flexible frameworks and guardrails rather than one-off campaigns.
• Must be based in the USA; the company is unable to sponsor work visas.
