What you will do

  • Lead GTM execution for new subscription features, coordinating across product, design, and social teams to ensure unified messaging.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and identify friction points in the checkout flow to increase signup rates.
  • Develop automated retention and winback strategies using Braze to prevent involuntary churn and re-engage lapsed subscribers.
  • Execute a rigorous A/B testing roadmap across in-app modals, push notifications, and emails to improve engagement metrics.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and user research to refine value propositions and translate artist pain points into product requirements.
  • Collaborate with the data science team to track and report the impact of campaigns on subscription growth and Lifetime Value (LTV).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, product, or growth marketing, ideally within subscription-based mobile apps.
  • Hands-on expertise with Braze or comparable automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Klaviyo).
  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA for the required hybrid schedule.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Amplitude or Looker to identify journey friction points.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills to translate complex technical features into compelling benefits for artists.
