What you will do

• Serve as the primary owner and SME for UKG Ready, managing system configuration and optimization.
• Drive automation across the employee lifecycle to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Design, standardize, and govern global onboarding and offboarding workflows for employees and contractors.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Security, and Legal to ensure seamless operational execution and system governance.
• Support payroll and benefits operations, ensuring strong internal controls and accurate data flow.
• Act as a key operational leader and escalation point for systems and process-related issues.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Atlanta, GA.
• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Technology.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience working in UKG Ready.
• Proven track record of improving processes and scaling operations in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, including federal and state regulations.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Security, or Legal departments.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
• Ability to build dashboards, reporting, or analytics within HR systems.
• Experience managing HR technology vendors or integrations.
• HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
