What you will do
- Design and scale core People Ops programs including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and engagement initiatives.
- Lead benefits strategy and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partnerships with brokers and payroll providers.
- Manage end-to-end execution of performance cycles, ensuring stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement.
- Implement scalable processes and systems to drive operational efficiency and bridge system gaps.
- Partner with leadership to operationalize strategic initiatives like recognition programs and engagement surveys.
- Maintain policy and compliance knowledge to optimize both regulatory adherence and employee experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Menlo Park or Union City, CA.
- Strong expertise in benefits administration and vendor management.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional programs such as compensation or performance management.
- Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment is highly desired.
