What you will do

• Lead acquisition initiatives to drive insights on offer conversion and player value for Sportsbook and Casino.
• Influence the generosity strategy by optimizing promotions and rewards aligned with customer needs and commercial goals.
• Design, test, and launch acquisition promotions, including concept design and in-product merchandising.
• Track and report KPIs, translating performance data into actionable narratives for leadership.
• Coordinate with Media and Early Life Retention teams to bridge and optimize the new customer journey.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, MarTech, Finance, and Operations to execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in B2C marketing or digital environments, ideally in customer marketing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven project management skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational habits.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support hybrid work format.
