What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across all entities.
• Own the general ledger, consolidation, and financial reporting under US GAAP.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and core accounting workflows using NetSuite and Ramp.
• Manage accounting for token activity, including transfers, incentives, and on-chain alignment.
• Lead annual audits and maintain relationships with tax advisors and external partners.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global accounting team while implementing scalable controls.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in accounting with a mix of public and in-house leadership.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Deep experience with NetSuite and scaling close processes in high-growth environments.
• Experience in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto-native companies.
• Exposure to digital asset accounting, token models, or on-chain activity.
