What you will do
- Lead the commercial strategy for premier accounts to align with business objectives in Mexico.
- Develop strategic customer plans to drive growth and increase 's market share in the toy industry.
- Maximize product availability and brand visibility across both offline and online retail channels.
- Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) to align customer and company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless operational execution.
- Analyze market data and account performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico City (On-site)
- 4+ years of experience in sales or Account Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- English fluency (written and spoken) is essential for collaboration with overseas teams.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-priority accounts.
