Junior Account Manager

What you will do

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact for payment inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor accounts for timely payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and negotiate payment solutions.
• Develop retention strategies to improve satisfaction and reduce outstanding balances.
• Resolve payment disputes collaborating with finance, sales, and support teams.
• Track and analyze payment behaviors to identify trends and mitigate risks.
• Maintain records of collection activities for regulatory compliance and provide insights to internal teams.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in customer-facing role, preferably account management or collections.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and collaboratively.
