Location: Toronto, Canada (Dedicated office space provided)

Salary: CAD $200,000 - $250,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Conduct discovery, perform demos, and close deals with accounting firm owners and partners.
  • Source and qualify accounting firms through outbound prospecting, conferences, and inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Growth to define and build a repeatable Accountant acquisition playbook.
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics including conversion rates and pipeline growth.
  • Manage the entire pre-sale lifecycle from the first call to successful onboarding handoff.
  • Act as the primary voice of the accountant to advocate for feature requests with the Product team.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quota targets.
  • Experience working in SaaS and fast-paced startup environments.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle sales processes.
  • Professional background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services.
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience specifically working with accounting firms.
  • Advanced technical qualifications such as CPA, EA, or Tax LLM.
  • Experience with partner or channel sales motions.
