Salary: CAD $200,000 - $250,000 OTE

What you will do
- Conduct discovery, perform demos, and close deals with accounting firm owners and partners.
- Source and qualify accounting firms through outbound prospecting, conferences, and inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Growth to define and build a repeatable Accountant acquisition playbook.
- Track and optimize key performance metrics including conversion rates and pipeline growth.
- Manage the entire pre-sale lifecycle from the first call to successful onboarding handoff.
- Act as the primary voice of the accountant to advocate for feature requests with the Product team.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quota targets.
- Experience working in SaaS and fast-paced startup environments.
- Proficiency in full-cycle sales processes.
- Professional background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services.
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience specifically working with accounting firms.
- Advanced technical qualifications such as CPA, EA, or Tax LLM.
- Experience with partner or channel sales motions.
