What you will do

  • Conduct research to prepare for prospect meetings and deeply understand their unique business challenges.
  • Demonstrate product features and capabilities to prospective customers with precision and technical depth.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including proposals, negotiations, and closing 6-figure deals.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop materials that facilitate current and future sales opportunities.
  • Travel to industry conferences and trade shows approximately 25% of the time.
  • Maintain a high level of ownership while managing multiple accounts through the entire lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in closing high-value sales for B2B SaaS startups.
  • Proven ability to manage structured sales cycles ranging from 3 to 9 months, including POC sales.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust up to the C-suite level.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with an evolving product line.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in North or South America to align with team operations.
