What you will do
- Conduct research to prepare for prospect meetings and deeply understand their unique business challenges.
- Demonstrate product features and capabilities to prospective customers with precision and technical depth.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including proposals, negotiations, and closing 6-figure deals.
- Collaborate across teams to develop materials that facilitate current and future sales opportunities.
- Travel to industry conferences and trade shows approximately 25% of the time.
- Maintain a high level of ownership while managing multiple accounts through the entire lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in closing high-value sales for B2B SaaS startups.
- Proven ability to manage structured sales cycles ranging from 3 to 9 months, including POC sales.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust up to the C-suite level.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with an evolving product line.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in North or South America to align with team operations.
